4. Claredon Fund

The Claredon fund scholarship gives about 130 fully-funded scholarships annually. The scholarship is to help outstanding graduate scholars to advance their studies at Oxford University. You can apply for any course offered in the school and from any country of the world.

5. China Scholarship Council-University of Oxford Scholarships

This scheme is basically for Chinese students. To be eligible, you must have demonstrated excellence and leadership. The scholarship is sponsored by the partnership of China Scholarship Council and the University of Oxford. There is also a very high financial reward for the scholarship. This scholarship is specifically for those who have selected courses in the Oxford Department of International Development. The foundation offering this scholarship was funded in 1949 by Dulverton Trust (a charity and grant-making organisation). The scholarship favours people who live mostly in Eastern Europe and Sub-saharan Africa and haven’t ever studied in the UK or US before.

9. Duke of Cambridge Scholarship at the University of Oxford

If you are resident in the UK and you want to apply for Master of Public Policy, then this Duke of Cambridge Scholarship at Oxford University is for you. This is more or less a full funded scholarship that covers your course fee as well as living expenses to the tune of 14,777 Euros. The scholarship is jointly sponsored by the Oxford University, the Blavatnik Family Foundation and University College in honour of the Duke of Cambridge.

Note that your choice of college doesn’t count in the application process as app applicants will get equal opportunities.

14. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Graduate Scholarships at the University of Oxford

Another of the Oxford University Scholarships is the Hong Kong Jockey Club Graduate scholarship. You must be an ordinary resident in Hong Kong to be eligible for this scholarship. Your scholarship will cover both the course fees and the living costs during your scholarship period. This scholarship is sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. This is a full-funded scholarship that covers both course fees and the living costs.

16. Frost Scholarship Programme (Israel)

The Frost Scholarship programme for Israel is aimed at support current Israeli universities students to pursue a one-year master’s courses at Oxford University. This scholarship course is limited to STEM subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. This scholarship is floated by the Phillip and Patricia Frost Philanthropic Foundation. It is expected that all successful persons must participate in a week-long orientation programmer. This is also a fully-funded scholarship fund.

17. Felix Scholarships

18. Mica and Ahmet Ertegun Graduate Scholarship Programme In Humanities

The Mica and Ahmet Ertegun Graduate Scholarship Programme is targeted at students in the Humanities field studies. It is a fully-funded scholarship that covers your course fees and living costs grant of at least £14,777. All the successful applicants for this scholarship can be mentored by the Director of Ertegun House. Furthermore, the students will be housed at the Ertegun House. The Oxford-Allan & Nest Ferguson African Graduate Scholarship is available to all ordinarily resident in Africa, who want to apply for fulltime Masters degree in environmental change and management.
